Job Summary:
We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in providing actionable insights that drive our clients' digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web analytics, data visualization, and data manipulation, with a proven track record of using data to improve marketing performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze website and marketing campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker, and BigQuery to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide clear insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize SQL to query and manipulate data in BigQuery for in-depth analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, website traffic, and campaign performance to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, development, and client services) to implement and track marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting through proper GTM implementation and GA4 configuration.
  • Create and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting methodologies.
  • Utilize Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Looker.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Experience working with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising).
  • Leverage Python for data automation, scripting, and advanced data analysis.
  • Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with other data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Domo or Power BI.
Salary Range:

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Compensation will be finalized based on the selected candidate's demonstrated capabilities and fit for the role.
