Digital Marketing Account Manager/Sr. Manager

You will be the day‑to‑day owner for a portfolio of performance marketing clients (typically 4–6 accounts; $2M–$10M annual media under management) in ecommerce, home services, and healthcare. Your mandate: convert client business objectives into measurable growth across paid media, affiliate marketing, search engine optimization, AI inclusions, CRO, and analytics. You’ll lead weekly client calls, orchestrate cross‑functional specialists, and ensure we hit targets for CAC, ROAS, and LTV while maintaining forecast accuracy and client satisfaction.

In 90 Days

  • Implement account scorecards with KPIs, baselines, and targets for each client.

  • Aid in establishing a testing roadmap, delivering four experiments per account/month (creative, audience, bidding, landing pages) in coordination with the media and analytics teams.

  • Oversee pacing and performance to plan(>95% budget pacing; ±10% forecast accuracy) for clients and internal teams

  • Strong understanding of core efficiency metrics (CPA ↓10–20% or ROAS ↑15–30%, account‑dependent) and how to improve them.

  • Lead production of presentations and QBRs utilizing Beautiful.ai or PowerPoint with your clients

  • Improve client relationships and assist in new business development efforts.

What You’ll Do

Client Leadership & Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts; translate goals into channel strategies and quarterly plans.

  • Build and present POVs and performance narratives that connect media to revenue, churn, and LTV.

  • Run weekly WIPs/QBRs; align stakeholders on priorities, budgets, and success criteria.

Performance Marketing Execution

  • Oversee, with the media team, the execution across Paid Search (Google/Microsoft), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest), Affiliate Marketing, and Lead Generation; partner closely with the SEO team and CRO efforts to maximize end‑to‑end funnel performance.

  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows (e.g., creative iteration, audience discovery, bid/modifier heuristics) within brand and platform policies.

  • Ensure proper tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, offline conversions, server‑side events) and maintain clean UTM governance.

  • Maintain rigorous test velocity; document hypotheses, results, and next actions.

Analytics, Forecasting & Insights

  • Own weekly/monthly reporting: pacing, KPI variance, cohort/LTV, incrementality, and media mix insights.

  • Build bottoms‑up forecasts and scenario plans; recommend budget reallocations based on marginal CPA/ROAS.

  • Translate data into clear decisions—not just charts.

Project Management & Quality

  • Drive on‑time/on‑scope delivery using structured workflows (briefs, RACI, change logs).

  • Proactively flag risks; implement corrective actions and post‑mortems.

  • Maintain an account playbook for each client (goals, audiences, offers, creative pillars, landing pages, tracking map).

Growth & Commercials

  • Identify expansion opportunities (new channels, offers, geos, CRO) backed by quantified business cases.

  • Support SOW renewals and upsells; contribute to proposals with performance projections.

What You’ve Done

  • 3–6 years in performance marketing at an agency or high‑growth brand; 2+ years owning client relationships end‑to‑end.

  • Core channel experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO, AI-assisted optimization, and CRO.

  • Proven results managing multi‑channel budgets (monthly $100K–$1M+) with measurable improvements to CAC/ROAS/MER/LTV.

  • Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM; Looker or other data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI).

  • Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), offline conversions, and attribution (MTA/MMM).

  • Comfortable building forecasts, media plans, and executive‑ready narratives.

  • Strong command of experiment design, CRO basics, and creative testing frameworks.

  • Tooling: Excel/Sheets (pivot/modeling), Asana/Jira, Slack.

  • Excellent client communication and meeting facilitation; calm under pressure.

Nice to have: basic SQL; DV360/YouTube; SEO/CRO collaboration; eCommerce and lead‑gen experience across healthcare, home services, and retail.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
